Can you believe its almost 2014? That was fast! So starting panicking because I'm turning 2* this year. Hoho! I.JUST.CAN'T. Anyway, black and white are my favorite color this year, these colors give your outfits more edgy-ness.I was looking for a perfect polka dots outfit and which I discovered I still have these polka dots leggings which I had apparently forgotten all about for a while. DOTS DOT DOTS! Excited much for 2013? Lol! So you guys have an idea what I'll be wearing on New Year's Eve. We Filipinos, We celebrate or believe that you have to wear polka dots shirts or dress-- Any polka dots item you have on your closet. It symbolise money and it must have a deep pocket and filled of money for good luck the whole year. 

Super cute smiley top from GIFI Clothing, paired it polka dots leggings. Polka dots are a bit girly and playful, so your accessories need to compliment it rather than compete with it-- Since polka dots are such a busy pattern, avoiding too many accessories on my outfit. Neon necklaces to have more girlishness of the outfit.
