I love neon, especially neon pink! It's just made for summer - summer is all about bright colors, neon, bright pink and bright yellow are definitely the color for summer. I've had my eye on this neon pink drop waist top/dress from Vintage top dressing and I love matching it with my forever21 leather drop waist skirt.
